Who are we?

It all began with a solid grounding in property management for more than 30 years ago. Since then, much has happened, and even though DEAS Group still is a strong player within property management with 2,400 commercial and residential properties today, we can and will do far more.

Through the years, business acquisitions have been the way to growth and volume, but further development and launches of innovative tools to housing rental has paved the way to DEAS Group being one of the best and largest players on the market today. Finally, we became Nordic in June 2021, when we acquired Aberdeen Standard Investments’ Nordic asset management business, which means that we now have local offices in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark.

In DEAS Group, we are constantly setting new standards and goals for us as a company and for our future. Therefore, through the upcoming years, DEAS Group’s focus will be a sustainable business with a positive impact on our society, the people within, and the surrounding environment.
